Her Soul to Take


So steamy and spicy, I absolutely love it! Even with her complete (like nonexistent) lack of self-preservation, I don't dislike Rea as a character. Leon? Well, he can straight up have my soul! He was so well written I felt like I could feel and see him in the flesh, did I mention feel? I'm honestly surprised I got so into this, I have not been in a PNR mood for a seriously long time! But boy did this hit the spot!

The major downside to the book:

Ok...67% in...Rea, girl we need to talk. At this point, that lack of self-preservation is no longer mildly cute. 


No one and I mean no one should be taking an open container drink from ANYONE!! Say it with me, "I'll get my own thank you". That just screams drug me and violate me. Like she got really lucky there! And yes this is my review PSA, if you take nothing else from this at least remember to NEVER take an open container from someone you don't really know!

I really am looking forward to the second book, Her Soul For Revenge. It's Zane and Juniper's story and I fully expect a complete badass female character, anything else and the kindle may get thrown.


Another amazing book from Harley Laroux is The Dare. Definitely read the triggers! It's dark but really good and you may discover a new kink 😉

The Wedding Agreement and The Atelier Assignment were both amazingly good! I could not stop smiling this whole book. I absolutely loved Imogen and Noah. You can tell right off the bat they are going to be perfect for each other! Noah is in need of a bride to fulfill a dream of his grandfa's, to see him happy and married. Tysin by Brooke O'Brien was so good!  It will take you on such an amazing emotional rollercoaster. I don't always read prequels but I did in this case and if you do anything read the prequel Sins of a Rebel. It makes it so much easier to understand the dynamic between Tysin and Kyla. On top of that it emotionally broke me so of course you should get emotionally wrecked too 😁 Tysin and Kyla have such a history to over come. He hurt her beyond words and continues to hurt her when she joins the tour. I'm not going to lie at the beginning I was so mad at Tysin for the way he treated Kyla. He makes out like their history means nothing. In a way Kyla believes the same but in the way that she thinks she meant nothing to him.  Kyla also has her relationship with her fiancé Canon that she has to maintain while out on the tour.
