Fantastic!

Cruel North by J.B. Salsbury was fantastic!  It gives you so many feels. From Vanessa being alone and pregnant to Hayes fighting all of his emotions. I felt so much of Hayes' regret and want to go back in time. Vanessa and Hayes fall in love in high school. Vanessa ends up pregnant and Hayes assuming she wants to terminate the pregnancy sends her money and a note never to hear from Vanessa again. Fast forward 17 years and their daughter finds Hayes after running away from home. Hayes is shocked not even knowing Vanessa kept the baby. He wants to get to know his daughter so he asks them both to stay with him in New York for a month. But by the end of the month Hayes wants more. I really enjoyed the dynamic between Hayes, Vanessa, and Haven and how much it changed through out the book. How they grew and moved forward. Overall I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and ๐ŸŒถ ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

So good!

Tempt was so amazing. Millie and Zach are my absolute favorite couple, even though I'm pretty sure I said the same for Felicity and Hutton lol.  Millie and Zach meet one night while both are in New York. They share an amazing night together then go back to their respective home states. Little do they know they will run into each other again at his newly found son's wedding. The son who also happens to be Millie's ex. They agree to stay away from each other due to that bit find that they just can't. I loved the chemistry between the two, not only the spicy chemistry but also how they grew such a bond together.  Completely and utterly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! The spice was so good too, ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

So Real

Image
Untying the Knot was unlike anything I've read before.  It was so real and raw. You feel Ryot's pain as he realizes what he's put Myla through. You go through the emotions with Myla while she struggles with what to do in her marriage. You also get to see how their love story evolved and grew from when they first met.  Myla feels she's run out of options when it comes to her marriage. She feels alone and unseen. She ends up asking for a divorce from Ryot and he feels completely blindsided. We travel back and forth between the present where Ryot is trying to understand what went wrong and the past where their love story starts. You really see how they love each other more than anything and how they overcome so much over time. I absolutely loved this book, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and it was dang spicy too ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

Swoony

The Marriage Arrangement by @kimloraineauthor was fantastic! I was swooning hard for Taylor and couldn't stop smiling while reading. I loved the relationship between Becca and Taylor and how they banter back and forth. When they first meet on the ferry I saw sparks flying. By the time Taylor is screwing it all up by just not communicating I didn't know where they were going to go from there. Taylor presents Becca with a proposition to marry him and he gets out of a dating app contract and she gets a new kitchen for her bakery. What's presented as an easy win for both is anything but. I absolutely loved when they realize what they truly have in each other. They both have insecurities and fears when it comes to relationships so they have things to overcome. The dynamic between the two was superb! I loved how witty Becca is and Taylor's heart. Five ⭐️ all the way. The spice was fantastic too!๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

Wicked Good

Image
Wicked was so good with all of it's twists and turns. You definitely don't see them coming and they leave you wanting to know more even at the very end. Ruby and Wicked are a couple that have a lot to overcome. They are both good and toxic for each other. Ruby's stubbornness and independence and Wicked's hard-headedness and possessiveness clash but at the end of the day they love each other so much it works. I really enjoyed it, it's no Sicko but still really good. I love the fact that we get to see more of our favorite Sicko characters! Overall I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and not as spicy but still up there for me ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

I can not get over this book!

OMG I am dead. We Shall Not Bow by Adaline Winters went above and beyond my expectations and by the end I may have thrown my Kindle. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time and may or may not have stayed up till 4 am to finish it. The slow burn was perfection and the build up was so good. Luna and Adriel are swoon worthy even when they bicker and fight, but the chemistry is amazing. It's so hard to not give away any spoilers, I feel I need a group therapy session in the best way possible.  I have a love/hate relationship with books that won't leave my head hours later but I don't mind this time. It's been hours and all I want to do is re-read it! 10/5 ⭐️ it is so well written and pulls you into this world and the minds of the characters. I would say it's steamy but it takes a bit for the main event ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ๐ŸŒถ

Loved!

Keep Paris by Kelly Kay was down right hilarious! Like tears in my eyes funny.  Lizzie and Danny meet on a trip to Paris. They fall desperately in love even though they are 18. They make a plan to stay together after graduation. Lizzie becomes devastated when Danny doesn't show for her prom. Fast forward 10 years and both have reinvented themselves, and they become reacquainted in the most unusual and amazing way. This book was amazing! I laughed so hard then towards the end I'm crying and feeling so, so many emotions. It's such a complicated relationship that becomes even more complicated as they go along. The twist was fantastic!  I loved this so much and will definitely be picking up more books by this author! Five ⭐️ all around, about 4.5 ๐ŸŒถ on the spice scale.
